Child Safety Standards

Forest Street Primary School is committed to child safety. All children have a right to feel safe and to be safe. Our school staff have a duty of care to protect and preserve the safety, health and wellbeing of children in our care. We have zero tolerance of child abuse.
All allegations and safety concerns will be treated very seriously and consistently with our process and policies.
All staff complete mandatory reporting training and abide by our code of conduct when working with children.
Teachers and members of the principal class are mandated to report abuse to child protection.
